  2. Dragging these people half way around the world is nonsense. If they need help they should be settled somewhere in the middle east. We could help way more people that way.

    1. Exactly Adrienne. But they've been able to convince too many countries that they are refugees and not moslem invaders on a world wide Caliphate project. I think obama helped them out a Lot.

  3. I've spent quite a lot of time in Europe as a young man, I was in France, in Italy, Germany, , and in lots of other European Countries . No, not recently, but the times have not changed all that much.
As a young soldier in the U.S. Army, I took time to travel around Italy along with my army buddies. We took the train from France, to Germany and headed south to Italy the land of wine, and pasta. What a great place to spend a vacation, or back then it was what we called it in the Army a “Leave”

I was a 21 year old corporal (actually what is called a Specialist 4th Class today.
I had been in the service for 2 years back then: with another 2 years to go.

Why am I telling you this? Because it fits the rest of my story...I’m talking about the many parts of Europe that were as dirty, as hell, including the entire country of Italy that was filthy. The restaurants were dirty, the people. Looked as if they washed once a week. And it was much worse in China those days, as it is today
But I must say that I’ve been back a few times since then and I must admit that things had drastically changed
    .
Now lets go back and talk about the city in China known as Wuhan.
The very same Wuhan where the caronavirus started.. It is spreading very quickly, like wildfire, with no end in sight. I am not shocked. Their health care system is probably no different than their train station, their restrooms, and the streets, let's just say they are lacking in cleanliness.

Just like everything else in China. But lets get back to Italy, Maybe you recently read about the way they treated a young college kid named Amanda Knox, they treated her as if she was Charlie Manson. They trumped up ridiculous charges of her murderous rampages (of which she had nothing to do with), and she spent nearly four years in an Italian prison and eight years on trial for a murder she didn’t commit.
If they can do that, then I can't say that I can see much hope for them in their fight against this viscous scourge known as caronavirus... They are just not the types to even provide toilet paper in their restrooms. They can't even provide toilets in their railroad restrooms, much less toilet paper.
The standard of living in both Germany and Italy from what I saw was pretty low.
Of course, things may have changed since I was there. But after reading about Amanda Knox, Probably not
