There is Way Too Much Human Garbage on The Loose

Krista Dittmeyer, 20, went missing on Friday after her car was found in a parking lot with her baby daughter inside. She was found Wednesday near Duck Pond, in the eastern section of the state, Jane Young, a spokeswoman from the New Hampshire's Attorney Generals Office said.

Whole Story

Crap. I don't think it's hard to envision what happened here. Peace be with her family and friends. 20 year old mother...

This is not really my style to post such stories and I apologize for making any reader unhappy or uncomfortable by seeing it, but Damn, am I getting tired of reading about these fine people being put through meat grinders, usually by parole's, sexual predator parole's or worse. I have no idea what happened, but I'll bet I wont' be surprised to find out what the situation was if and when we do.

The legal system gets more lax by the day, and the heinous crime statistics seem to get worse by the minute. There is something seriously wrong here and it's not getting better with sociopaths in charge, atheists clamoring to not be offended by visible signs of religion, gay activists sexing each other in the street at their festivals in San Fran, Child Sex organizations in plain sight, ... seems the list is endless.

Intentional Major Damage to the USA by the EPA

The EPA is disallowing Shell to harvest the Arctic oil deposits...  Excerpt:

At stake is an estimated 27 billion barrels of oil. That’s how much the U. S. Geological Survey believes is in the U.S. portion of the Arctic Ocean. For perspective, that represents two and a half times more oil than has flowed down the Trans Alaska pipeline throughout its 30-year history. That pipeline is getting dangerously low on oil. At 660,000 barrels a day, it’s carrying only one-third its capacity.

(Their objection is based on "Greenhouse Gases")

So, obama places a moratorium on Gulf drilling.  It does not apply to foreign countries drilling in the Gulf, so what was accomplished outside of hurting the USA ?

Given the above article and oil deposit, I believe that if we don't drill, Russia will.  So, what will be accomplished outside of hurting America ?

This has to stop.  It is time to abort the EPA.  Any progress made in the energy field had nothing to do with anything the EPA did in the last 40 years.  If anything, the EPA slowed or blocked any progress we have made toward ITS mandate of reducing our reliance on foreign oil.

Forget Fairness, This is What Works

Communism fails, socialism fails. What works is when a smallish number of people get rewarded in extreme measure because they brought a product or service to market that makes peoples lives friggin fantastic. And at a price consistent with not being burdensome for the majority.

Today’s Unions kill that.

Little children who think they are visionaries, but sit wailing about someone having a bigger piece of pie than them kill that.

"You" want a better life? Go get educated and invent something or at least make enough money doing something else to invest in it.

Fairness? Fairness is the puke city dream of morons called mediocrity where everyone gets the same slice of pie and therefore no one invents anymore so the pie tastes like S*t.

By the time you find that out, you've screwed it up for everyone.

It’s A Good Thing We Have Obama versus Bush

Obama has kept the war and our occupation in Iraq going.

Obama has Escalated the war in Afghanistan.

Obama has been blowing various Pakistani’s up using Unmanned drones with Hellfire Missiles.  He must know what he’s doing !

Obama is torturing that Poor Bradley Manning for months, and now is going to ship him to Leavenworth so he can mingle with the population and be gang raped on a regular basis. Good Luck Bradley.

Obama will continue torturing ‘detainees’ at Gitmo by refusing to close the place down.  Git dem suckas !

Obama is going to maintain his 1.6 Trillion Deficits as far as the eye can see or until he is ejected from office. How much can we spend ! Yahoooo !

Obama refuses to meet with, talk to, or listen to Republicans ! Wheeee!

Obama’s Big Oil Buddies are Cleaning Up !  And there is no more of that nasty talk of ‘windfall profits’.  Outstanding !

Obama still supports NUKES! (yuk) even after the major problems they are having with Chernobyl part II over in Japan !  Whooopie !

Obama blew the crap out of a country that NEVER Attacked Us. Libya.  Yeaaa!

Obama is now sending unmanned drones to Libya to blow the crap out of Libyans who never attacked us !  Yippeeeeeee

And all the while he opens new theaters in Harms Way, and puts our sons and daughters there to be maimed and killed, he is defunding the military like a Redneck stops paying for his Trans Am after a couple months ! Thas the Fak Jak !

And he refuses to meet with the families of the very same people he sends in to fight who lose their loved ones.  Damn that Bush for meeting with hundreds of them.

Can you imagine what would be happening with BUSH still in there !?!

Oh wait, maybe all this isn’t such a good thing at all…..

In Obama’s defense though, he did F* up health care and he made it so gays in the military are going to have a Hell of a hard time going forward ! woohoo!

Can you believe that most of the people that supported obama STILL support the lying, empty suit Loser ?  Wowsa.  Maybe they’re not paying attention.

Gee, Looks like the Productive People are The Problem Again

Many will disagree with me and that is absolutely fine, but I really find it very disconcerting that so many people are willing to believe that 'entitlement programs', mainly Social Security is the problem.

They're a big part of the budget, but SS wouldn't be a problem if LBJ didn't steal the money.

Anyway, are they talking about cutting Welfare that pays non-contributors ? WIC that pays women to pop kids out like pieces of toast into crime ridden zero opportunity environments ?

Are they talking about throttling their rabid lawyer buddies who have raped the entire medical industry and turned it into a financial nightmare?

No, they want to take from the productive contributing members of society.  Again.

After they've stolen and pissed away the SS money; after they destroyed the housing market then took 30 Trillion dollars* of your future money, your kids and their kids and their kids money and now they want you to think that You are the problem. That You are being greedy because you might want a few years of rest from the salt mines before you die. Years that You paid for up front !

*The Fed ‘gave’ the Banks and Wall Street, domestic and foreign, 30+ trillion dollars as of about a year ago in the form of buying their worthless monopoly money mortgage paper so that They could have a Do-Over.

Are you kidding me ?

We can and should be doing better for the people that make this country what it is.

The first step is to stop accepting this bullshit by making it a major voting issue.

This period in time will go down as the middle class being taken for the biggest rise in the history of mankind.  Most people don’t even know what is happening to them.

This From Ronald Reagan's Budget Man

The Spending Cut Deal

It's not pretty. To summarize, it states that the majority of the spending 'cuts' are items that would not have been spent anyway, such as 6 billion for Census, which is obviously complete and other similar non-spending items.

I'm not going to excerpt. If I were I'd have to excerpt the whole thing, and I'd rather just let anyone interested click and read the short article themselves.

So, we have the debt increase vote coming up. Let's see if anything comes out of that.

It is worth noting that even Paul Ryan's budget proposal doesn't address the national debt, it only reduces the amount we spend that we don't have.

I'm not optimistic, but let's keep it real anyway, and leave the door open that something righteous might happen.

New Hampshire Democrats Love Romneycare

Hey Assholes, Ask Massachusetts !!
Please see prior post. I had to post two today!  I had to ! ;-)

GM Bailout a Huge Mistake

Similar to things Jimmy Carter put in place, these are the kind of things that can haunt a country for decades.

A Steering Wheel Comes Off A Chevy Cruze

Are you kidding me? A steering wheel ? I've worked on cars, stem to stern and the one thing that I would Never expect to have happen to a car would be for the steering wheel to come off. Seriously. The very Last Thing I would ever expect to see happen to a car.

In the cars I worked on, the steering wheel center had a female splined hole that was pressed over a male splined shaft and was further held on with a nut. Even if you took the nut off, you still needed a special steering wheel puller to get the steering wheel off the shaft. You would not be able to pull the wheel off the shaft after removing the nut by hand. No how, no way.

Honestly folks, this is unbelievable.

John Boehner is Pathetic

38 Billion in spending cuts ?? Against a 1.6 Trillion deficit ?

1.6 Trillion is 1,600 (One Thousand, 600) Billion.

38 billion is a rounding error.

I can only hope someone who has America's interest at heart, like a Tea Party member, will run against him in 2012.

And the democrat media is now fawning all over him. What does that tell you, as if you needed anything else.

One Hundred Billion Stars....

If we convert Stars to Dollars, that is One Fiftieth! of what the Imbecile obama has spent in the course of two years already - accomplishing nothing.

Click on the picture to go to the APOD site and see the explanation for the image. Click again to get just the picture, and click once again to get the huge version where you can explore in great detail.

For example, the pink areas are star forming regions. Those are where new Worthless, Zero Return On Investment Entitlement programs are being created by obama and the democrats.  The blue areas are us wonderful, good looking conservatives, ever fighting against the communist evil which are the democrats.  A cosmic battle with no real clue as to how it may turn out.  Pretty exciting eh?  I'm in suspense anyway.

Go Blue !

Russia Tests Largest Nuclear Device Ever in 1961. After Saying They Wouldn't

I was going to post this anyway, but it is interesting that the beautiful and talented Opus # 6 posts this today.

The Tsar Bomb.

Russia lied like Democrats about it.

And Read All About it at Wikipedia

Some interesting excerpts from the Wikipedia article:

Developed by the Soviet Union, the bomb was originally designed to have a yield of about 100 megatons of TNT (420 PJ); however, the bomb yield was reduced to 50 megatons in order to reduce nuclear fallout. This attempt was successful, as it was one of the cleanest (relative to its yield) nuclear bombs ever detonated. Only one bomb of this type was ever built and it was tested on October 30, 1961, in the Novaya Zemlya archipelago.

Taking off from an airfield in the Kola Peninsula, the release plane was accompanied by a Tu-16 observer plane that took air samples and filmed the test.

Both aircraft were painted with a special reflective white paint to limit heat damage. The bomb, weighing 27 tonnes, was so large (8 metres (26 ft) long by 2 metres (6.6 ft) in diameter) that the Tu-95V had to have its bomb bay doors and fuselage fuel tanks removed. The bomb was attached to an 800 kilogram fall-retardation parachute, which gave the release and observer planes time to fly about 45 kilometres (28 mi) from ground zero.

(28 Miles away and the aircraft still needed special heat resistant paint..)

The fireball reached nearly as high as the altitude of the release plane and was seen almost 1,000 kilometres (620 mi) from ground zero. The subsequent mushroom cloud was about 64 kilometres (40 mi) high (nearly seven times the height of Mount Everest), which meant that the cloud was well inside the Mesosphere when it peaked.

Lot's of interesting info at Wikipedia on it.

So, everyone and their brother, and even France calls obama naive for believing Russia will live up to it's side of the bargain. I certainly don't believe they will.

In this respect, like jimmy carter, obama is the boy president. One who doesn't even like America. C'mon folks, obama has No Experience at Anything, and 51% of you thought he could lead the world let alone the most complex country in the world? My God.

As Good as it Gets for A While?

Looking back at recent history; say the last 100 years or so, how much can we really expect in the category of quality of life?

First of all, why go back more than 100 years. Life then was pretty much consumed by the business of survival. You had the Indian wars, the Civil War, Slavery, low quality medical care, no electricity and no indoor plumbing (the bucket brigade was a term created for the Secret Service guys that carried the President’s bucket out to the latrine at the White House)

So, if we look at the last 100 years and the standard of living in the United States, I think we can roughly break it down like this:

1911 – Henry Ford is mass producing the automobile which makes things great for a lot of people, but also makes things pretty sucky for the folks building the damn things. Automobile plant workers going 16 hours a day at a fever pace for very little pay, learning for example how to sleep in the restrooms and tap their feet to keep the mob based supervision monitoring the rest rooms from discovering they were actually sleeping.

In come the unions and things were better for a few decades but around the early 1960’s, they get a leg up on the corporations and begin to destroy their industries by pricing themselves out of the global marketplace. That is really what is happening now. The only thing that will fix it is when the global market wages are roughly equal. That may happen faster than we think.

1920’s – Things were Great ! This was just after World War One, America and its allies kicked the world’s ass and took names. As bad as it was for the soldiers coming back with trench mouth, shell shock and all manner of PTSD, they still called it the Roaring 20’s. Jazz music, Speak Easy’s, Hoy Foloy’s, Cats Pajamas, Bees Knees, Good Music, Loose Women, a Stock Market entering Bubble Territory and Fun Fun Fun !

1930’s – The Depression arrived from the boom cycle excesses and caused the stock market to crash (most people think the other way around). Things were bad for a lot of folks, and you had Thousands of people standing in cold soup lines to get something to eat. 25% employment (about the same as today if it were measured the same) and prospects for national growth and an economic recovery were dead on arrival with a Democrat administration choking international trade and taxing ‘the rich’ to the tune of 63% more than before The Great Depression. The Fed was useless, impotent and added nothing to the equation.

This would have continued for God Knows how long, but along came World War Two.

1940’s – World War Two arrives and those who don’t join or draft into the military and head out to either Europe or the war in the Pacific are here in the states and now gainfully employed fueling the war machine. Rosie the riveter, and Rosie the airplane or ship builder. Anyone who wanted to work was working and the unions were powerful enough now that those who were working were doing damn well for themselves.

1950’s – It is after the war and America was Flush with red blooded American boys who just kicked the world’s ass Again! and weren’t about to put up with any Bullshit back at home. The chances of having an obama voted into the White House were less than the chances that 150,000 blind deaf monkeys would pound out the story Gone With The Wind on broken typewriters.

People were proud of their country, wanted to work, and were determined to teach their children well. Rock and roll got started with folks like Buddy Holly and Elvis Presley. The stock market finally broke through the high that was made in 1929 for the first time.

1960’s – The unfinished Korean War was a little depressing. A cease fire is called, but the war is still on and is still on today. Men and Women from WWII must have known then that this would now always be a drag on the world as unfinished business.

Early 1960’s – Russia now ups the ante with a weapons race. A nuclear weapons race. In 1961, they explode Tsar Bomb, the largest nuclear test that would ever occur. 50+ Megatons which is 50 million tons of TNT, or a Hundred Thousand Million Pounds of TNT !....See my Next Post) This would cost us many tens of trillions and provide No return on investment outside of driving us to create the strongest military machine in the history of mankind.

Russia assassinates JFK (my opinion) and LBJ assumes the White House. LBJ Massively escalates the Vietnam War.

Late 1960’s – Hippies. Drugs. The Vietnam War. Race Riots. The greatest American Cars ever are created in 1969. The stock market is flat all through the 1960’s - Zero Appreciation of Savings. LBJ creates ‘The Great Society’. This will have massive draining effects on the American Economy, create a massive entitlement class – Welfare, and Destroy the Social Security System as LBJ puts all that money into the General Fund to fund Welfare (to me, the black people got their reparations, those that wanted them, from LBJ)... The Greatest Generation begins to wonder what they fought and died for. This? (I’m trying to keep this non-political but some things can’t be ignored)

1970’s – Sex, Drugs and Rock and Roll. Motown. Muscle Cars made Impotent. Women’s Liberation. Bra Burning. Castrate All the Men. Anarchy. Women Out to Work. Children Being Raised by Day Care. Family starts to disintegrate. Stock market begins a slow climb. Democrat rule begins to eat away at society again. Foreign policy destroyed, energy policy in ruins, Departments of zero return investment created – courtesy jimmy carter the boy president.

1980’s – Disco. Ball of Confusion. The lost decade. Music takes a serious downturn. Ronald Reagan brings the country back to something that makes sense. Ends the cold war, at least from the standpoint that we are putting every available and unavailable dollar into an arms race with Russia.

1990’s – Another lost decade but add the stock market bubble in the late 1990’s, Y2K, Party like it’s 1999, everyone working who wanted to because of Y2K and the Internet Explosion. Music? Yikes... This was an echo repeat of the roaring 20’s and it ended the same way.

2000 – Stock Market Bubble Burst. Higher unemployment due to Internet build-out mostly done and Y2k complete. Stock market and economy on big slide until 2003 when Alan Greenspan and Co cook up the Housing Bubble to recover from the Tech Bubble. Market makes huge gains through 2007, when Housing Bubble Bursts and stock market (S&P500) makes a low at 666 in March of 2009. (Really, 666. Wild eh?)

2008 – People actually stick a guy in the White House who has Zero Experience at anything useful at a time when the most serious and complex problems face our country and the world. Food, Energy, Islam, Social Security, State and Federal Bankruptcy, Music (mostly) Sucks, Education Sucks, Inflation, Stagflation and the majority decide to put the most unqualified person in charge of the world. Gotta laugh or cry and I don’t cry.

The bright side to this is that things are so bad now that they almost Have to get better. The experienced traders Sell stocks when things are so good they can’t get better and Buy when things are so bad they can’t get worse. That may be a good explanation for the March 2009 low in the markets. Things were sure at a low.

So my point is this – Good times were had in relatively small quantity. 1920’s (after WW1), 1950’s and 1960’s to some extent (after WW2) and late 1990’s (Due to the exceptional events being the massive build out of a new communication medium – the Internet, and Y2K – which spawned much software and hardware system upgrading – I was involved in this area for the entire decade.) What is going to happen that creates that perfect storm for us again ? WW3? Some new paradigm that requires massive effort to implement and puts all the generally unemployable to work again? I don’t know. I don’t see anything on the horizon. I only see a world population saddled with massive inflation in food prices (possibly the/a big reason for the ME uprisings), Austerity Measures being implemented all over Europe (Soon to come to the USA? Be careful what you wish for with curtailing government spending) and no catalyst that is going to get massive numbers of people off the unemployed ranks or get new and pre-owned houses selling like hotcakes again. I think it’s going to suck for a while. Sorry. But having your eye on the ball is better than not eh?

What we have now isn’t real. The banks aren’t healthy, too many people aren’t working, the economy isn’t healthy and inflation is about to hit like a tsunami.
