Oddly, I Ended Up Watching a Bit of the Bernie Sanders Flim Flam Act on FOX

So, let's get right to it.

Bernie, like so many other flim flam people spends a lot of time talking about the problems Americans are facing.

"Health Care Should be Better !  America spends the most and not everyone gets healthcare."
"The Cinnamon Rolls Should Be FREE!"
"Students Can't Afford College"
"Americans should not have to put up with ----- fill_in_the_blank"  (which covers the rest of it and saves me lots of typing)

SO !
YOU GOTTA ASK YOURSELF ONE QUESTION !

DID BERNIE, AT ANY TIME DURING THIS FLIM FLAM SHOW COMMIT TO WORK ON THESE ISSUES?

Answer: NO!

OK, MAYBE MORE THAN ONE QUESTION...

DID THE FOX 'NEWS' FOLKS EVEN THINK OF CHALLENGING BERNIE ON ANY OF THIS CRAP BY INJECTING QUESTIONS SUCH AS "Mr Sanders, Can you tell us what your plan is to deal with Fill In The Blank?".  No they didn't. Not on any of it.

This is one of those "Fool me once it's your fault, fool me twice it's my fault", except in this case it is "Fo0l me 1,000 times and I'll still kiss your ass, believe you'll still love me in the morning, and vote you into the highest office on the Earth -then not even know whether you did a good job or not when it's over because I'm a freaking Moron".

Come On.  It's not That hard is it?

  1. I am surprised Donna Brazille wasn't one of the moderators... I should put "moderators" in quotes. Fox continues that slow winding road leftward.....

    1. Bunk. Good Point ! Yea, Why Not? And of course you know that Fox has that anti-American POS paul ryan on its board now. Conservatives have no major media outlet.

You and folks like you make sure you Stay Happy ! Lock, Load and watch the freak show.

  2. It did not take me long to conclude that you could fill a warehouse with things that Bernie Sanders didn’t mention. The man is a complete idiot ... no, I mean that. He is dumber than a canyon full of rocks after a flash flood. But I have to tell you, Kid ... what really irritated me was watching the audience, with absolutely no clue about what in the hell he was saying, pissing themselves every time he said the word “free.” I’m seriously thinking about buying an arm and sickle patch for my winter coat because this country is headed in that direction.

    1. Sam, Right on target. It's not these vermin, it is the people who vote for these vermin. Of course, I noticed the Bernie fans clapping like trained seals on queue. I do believe these idiots believe all things are easily solved and that republicans sit around in their basements rubbing their hands together reveling in the pain of others - which is of course, 180 the reality. Mostly.

Hold my feet to the fire, and my bet is we have no chance of a turnaround until the kids feel the pain of bad decision making. Serious, mind altering pain.

  3. I got all the way through two questions before I tossed my television out of my second story window. At the end of the first question, I was hoping Bret Baier would punch him in the mouth. But no, that didn’t happen.

    1. Mustang, Very depressing to think that ANYONE is afraid to ask such a simple question that validates someone's opinion, which is very simply 'the other side of the ledger'.
Like global warming where the dude walks about some 25 mile long ice extension off Antarctica that is now 5 miles long. Hey, did Antarctica grow immensely in size otherwise? Yes, it did. Losing 20 miles of ice and gaining thousands of sq miles of ice that isn't mentioned in their climate crap video seems like valuable data. To me anyway.

How many dumb fucking people do we think we have among the 6.5 billion humans that are running around. Too many.

  4. I just watched a clip of Martha McCollum challenging him before coming to read your post.
Bret Baier challenged him to not take a Trump tax cut.
I don't blame Fox News for this. It's news. Not a debate.

    1. Ed, Not sure what you're saying but when someone says for example. Medicare for all, *I* ask how are you gonna pay for that. When they say we need at least 15 $ minimum wage, I ask, "So, where we have seen 154 minimum wage, we have also seen more people being hurt (replaced by robots/kiosks) than helped, how can you say this will help people?

It's simple dialogue right? Why can't they put it our there? I think they can't put it out there because they know the populace are a bunch of dumb bunnies and if they did they'd lose ratings. I have NO USE for cable news or any other entity that lives and dies off the opinion of morons.

    2. Ed, I also feel for the 50% !!! of working people who are making 30 grand or less. Something needs to be done about this but just raising mimimum wage isn't gonna feed the bulldog.

Essentially what we need is a plan that punishes the 1% into paying their employees without raising prices or allowing them to escape to some tax shelter haven.

Apple has over 100 Billion Cash in the bank. I can get down with SOME equity that doesn't destroy capitalism in the process. Because we know all other economic system suck the big one.

  5. Apple is a corporation. It’s entire focus is making money. In fact, it has a legal obligation to safeguard the interests of stock holders and investors—much in the same way it has an obligation to pay its outstanding bills. Whether Apple wants to make donations to charities, especially in the area of Apple’s headquarters, is a matter for the board of governors to decided —not the federal government. I’ll add this: if LeRoy Jones in Southside Chicago wants to get his fingers on a share of that $1-billion, then LeRoy needs to stay in school, work hard, obtain a college degree, dress up in a suit and tie, and do his best to impress Apple’s HR staff during an interview for employment. If LeRoy doesn’t want to do that, if he would rather get a tattoo on his forehead that reads “Fuck Whitey,” then I don’t really care what happens to LeRoy ... and more to the point, I’d never hire such a jerk to work at my McDonald’s counter. LeRoy’s good decisions in life brings him opportunities (not results); LeRoy’s bad decisions in life brings him pain. Whatever LeRoy’s decisions in life, I support the result, either way.

    1. Mustang, Leroy needs to invest in Apple. I will tell All this - 8k invested in Apple stock in 2005 would have got one 1000 shares and in about 2012 that investment would have netted that person 1.4 million. 8k to 1.4 million. Today? Much more. But it is hard to impossible to know what those investment opportunities are. They don't come along every day.

    2. Mustang, read yuour comment again and I'm more awake now. Well, I did put in the caveat that let's not destroy capitalism in the process. I think there's room for some companies to share a little more. At our company, the CEO drives a 200K+ Porsche, lives in a million $ + house and the guys in the warehouse are living in trailers. Government needs to pitch in to by not spending money like 15 yr old girls, high on meth, and with no limit credit cards.

50% of Americans making less than 30K a year. There aren't That many Leroys. I agree on Leroy, he needs to grab his butt, learn some stuff and work on up the way we all did.
Amazon kicked their min wage to 15 and maybe we'll see a little pricing adjustment but they need to stay competitive. And no, I don't want government to play a part in it other than collecting less and spending less. That goes for states and locals too since there is no performance requirement or monitoring on any of them. They're all raping us. We pay 40% in taxes overall. 40%of the year we're working for these assholes.

      Revolution I guess.

  6. I loved how McCallum pretty much said "If you're so rich and think people ought to pay high taxes, why not YOU pay that from the goodness of your heart?" He's such a weasel he just turned it around "Why don't YOU? YOU make more money than I DO!"

    1. Z, It's clear the ideas these people have don't apply to them. I wished they'd have asked him if he was going to be in the medicare for all pool of medical patients. Hell no he isn't. Revolution! :-)

  7. I hardly ever watch cable any more so I missed this, but I do follow Trump's twitter - which I highly recommend everyone getting their news filtered in this manner. "So weird to watch Crazy Bernie on @FoxNews. Not surprisingly, @BretBaier and the “audience” was so smiley and nice. Very strange, and now we have @donnabrazile?" I love Brett Baier but this was just a love tap. It appears Fox wants to play nice after they were told they would not be included in the debates. I'm tired of our side playing nice. There is no good reason why this old commie b*stard was given air time at all. Good on Trump. Shame on Fox.

    1. DaBlade, people are saying this was a town hall, not a debate (but with nothing but Bernie supporters in the audience so who is going to ask a hard ball question). If the FNC people shouldn't be asking questions why have them hosting it. Just put a camera on Bernie, give him a mic and let him spew his BS.

      I agree with you.

  8. Sanders is like almost every other Dirtocrat in public life is an unmitigated ASS.. But unlike his other Ne Yrk, California and Midwestern counterparts Bernie is actually LIKEABLE.

    That makes him doubly dangerous.

    1. Franco, Bernie does have a good schtick. Just Like Obama! until he got elected and never spoke unless he had a hand up his ass working his arms and mouth.

Don't worry though, it is going to be a DJT Landslide, and without sufficient voter fraud, he will win the popular vote too. Once enough of us smart people die off, the kids will eventually get their socialist paradise complete with forced sharia law.
