I Thought Cap and Tax Was All About Taxes

But now I believe it is all about seriously reducing America's consumption. Collecting money as well is just a bonus that will tickle their funny bones at DC cocktail parties.

By squeezing, pinching, and taxing America's natural resources to the point that consumption is highly constrained. And it will be. I've seen this in action in the UK when I lived there in 1990. People would rush out of their houses with a bucket of soapy water and soap down their cars when it rained so as to save the piddly amount of water it would take to rinse the car. I'm not kidding you.

I'm not sure why this is their goal, but given Oblama's apology tour, it could very well be that they take seriously, all these 3rd world countries who whine about America's consumption of resources and they wish to appease them. (There are at least a couple words in there that we commonly associate with Democrats)

I'm telling you, they will not be happy until we are living in a hell hole created by the vice-like constraint of resources. It won't apply to them or course. It never does. Al Gore will still have his 10,000 sq ft mansion in Tennessee and fly every freakin where he goes.

How else can you explain: No drilling, No expansion of Coal, No Nukes! No Nukes! and worst of all, No major move to the use of Natural Gas when recent technological breakthroughs have made it so the entire world could be powered by the Natural Gas reserves that are known today for the next 120 years.

I mean, it's insane right ? We could literally tell the ME to "GFY and keep all your oil" in about 10 years by moving all mass transit to UNG.

Well, no they're not that stupid. Which means they are doing it intentionally. And yes, the whole global climate razzmatazz was made up entirely to use as one of the main thrusts towards curtailing resources.

I just hope there aren't that many Americans who will stand for that crap.

The battle lines are drawn and they know it. It's why they want their new domestic army of zombies.

  1. I don't know if it will be a civil war or a revolutionary war, but war is brewing. There are too many Americans who will not go gentle into the good socialist night. I am one of them.

  2. Arby, I feel my mind gearing up to start working this problem any time there is available CPU.

    I will strive for a non-violent solution.

  3. It is about power and money. Theirs, after it is taken away from us.

  4. Opus, I often wonder what drives them. Many of them have more money than they could possibly spend, yet they want more.

And they don't contribute to any solutions.

I'll tell ya. If I were a billionaire, I'd set up a fund where any child born anywhere on the face of the planet with a cleft pallet would be taken care of. "They say" a measly $250 will take care of the cost. I'd cover ever such child born in the next three millenia.

    For starters.

And if I saw another Ad in the paper with a picture of such a child with them begging for money, I'd have their knees broken by Vito.

  5. It isn't so much as to grab more. They just want ours. They have this- people need us to take care of them, complex, they first have to make us destitute.
Case in point- Castro (Fidel) would bring the Cuban people to the brink of starvation, then hand out food.
The people in return would be ever so grate full. ViVa Fidel!!

  6. I wouldn't argue with that.

I wouldn't bet a lot of money on it, but I do think they themselves America as 'decadent'. Not themselves but all us sheeples, using way too much, living too good, angering the rest of the world to attack us.

Needless to say we could be living in mud huts and they'd still want to attack, and probably more so.
The Libs are stupid in this regard and if you watch this speech from Reagan 1964, it's obvious they've been afflicted with ignorance a long long time.

  7. That's part of the equation.
The #1 part is that we have a say (or use to) in how our gov. does business, we can tell our elected officials-You Work For Us!
The Tyrants around the world have to get rid of us, in that respect. They don't want their people to see us control the Power Brokers!

  8. Yes, but they've gotten too far of the path of understanding who they work for and as a result it's gotten very problematic regards getting them back on the path.

I worry the election process is so gamed now as to be about practically illusionary at the national and state level

  9. PS - American People following a known communist - Soros through moveon.org. - foreign interest

    Huffington Post - foreign interest

    Reuters - foreign interest.

    No trivial challenge either.

I'd like to think there was a time in America not that long ago, 1960 - 1970 when these foreign blow jobs would have been laughed off the landscape. Now they're embraced.
