Jackie Mason Left us Recently at 93.

Funny guy.

Let me just say, I'm not Jewish but I've been accused of it.

If you think you might like his act there's lots of it on youtube.

Now that I've watched a bunch, I think Bill Burr got some of his ideas from Mr Mason.

  6. Comedy is difficult ... stand up comedy more so. Mason had a mind similar to that of Robin Williams ... quick. Some might even say, mind-boggling quick. As in 0 -- 60 in one second. But beyond their mental quickness, I think you have to develop a certain pesona that makes you unique to other comedians that most audiences find interesting enough to attend your performances. As you indicated earlier, most of the comedy clubs are little more than profane vocabulary contests, and while they may be outrageous, they aren't funny. I never liked Red Foxx or Richard Pryor for that reason. Anyway, I enjoyed the video. If I ever get to Michigan, I want to see Da Blade on the golf course. I'll be that's funny as heck. :-)

    1. We agree Mr Mustang, and Red Foxx goes back a good ways, before that comedy central open sewer.

You'd enjoy playing with DaBlade. I played with him a couple times. Keeping score, I'd just mark down holes in 1 on the par 3's, Eagles on the 4's and Albatrosses on the par 5's. He only messed up once on a par 3. The group in front of us put the flagstick in a kilter and his ball carened out of the hole. Had to settle for a birdie.
I have no doubt he could have beaten Kim Jong Il with his lousy 11 holes in one.

Plus keeping score is good for a free lunch and domestic beer.

    2. I never had a hole-in-one. I did have a double Eagle once, but it was more the result of a haphazardly placed sand trap rake than any skill set in my bag. I think the reason for this is that I’m not using the right golf ball — the one that has an electronic device installed that automatically homes into the hole. Other than that, I have no excuse beyond the fact that I suck in golf. Not even therapy works.

  8. Hunter Biden was caught naked on tape with a naked prostitute during a conversation with a woman identified by the Daily Mail as a prostitute that Russian drug dealers stole his laptop (not the one abandoned to a Delaware computer repair shop) during a Vegas bender where he nearly drowned in a hotel hot tub, according to footage unearthed by the tabloid.

The alleged incident would mean Hunter lost a total of three computers – the first abandoned at a Delaware computer store and the second seized by federal agents – each likely to hold sensitive information on President Joe Biden and the embarrassing pictures, videos and communications of his son.

The third laptop still appears to be missing – and was taken by Russian drug dealers after they partied with Hunter in Vegas, he told a prostitute in a conversation caught on camera.

After filming himself having sex with the woman using his laptop in January 2019, Hunter left the camera rolling as he recounted a Vegas bender in which he spent ’18 days going round from penthouse suite to penthouse suite,’ sometimes costing $10,000 a night.

Hunter then explains the moment he realizes that his computer was missing.

“I think he’s the one that stole my computer. I think the three of them, the three guys that were like a little group. The dealer and his two guys, I took them everywhere. F***ing everywhere, crazy out of your mind sh**,” he says. “They have videos of me doing crazy f***ing sex f***ing, you know.”

“My computer, I had taken tons of like, just left like that cam on. And he would always put in a passcode and all that, you know what I mean? It was f***ing crazy sh**.,” he adds. “And somebody stole it during that period of time. He did all this kind of like pretend search and sh**.”

Later, the woman asks Hunter if he is concerned that the videos could be used to “blackmail” him.

“Yeah in some way yeah,” Hunter responds. “My dad [inaudible] running for president. He is. I talk about it all the time

  9. In regard to Cuomo’s “Resignation “, what ever happened to “People Must Be Held Accountable for Their Crimes, and Elections have Consequences” Just resigning for uour position Will Not Stop Them. Do we tell a murdered to just admit his crime, and he will get “Off the Hook”? NO!

A resignation is not accountability, and there are still investigations that must be completed, other wise he will have gotten away with what he did!
In Cuomo's case, where is the Justice for the deaths of the thousands of the Seninor Citizen that he sent to their deaths by sending them to Nursing Homes when he certainly knew that it would lead to certain death?
I don't care what he does after this, or if he never works in the field of Politics again for the rest of his life. . But I do care about all those who were lead to their deaths, and their families, and loved ones. The need their chance testify in a court of law. And their spouses who were left alone.
They deserve justice, and Cuomo’s “Resignation “will get him off the hook, and may keep him for going to jail, , for everyone else? but where is the Justice? Let that be Food For Thought!
