    1. Yes Z, SAC is the three letter code for Sacramento Executive Airport. Like LAX for L.A.
Not sure if the main airport for Sacramento is a different one.

Sacramento Executive Airport (IATA: SAC, ICAO: KSAC, FAA LID: SAC) is a public airport three miles (5 km) south of downtown Sacramento, in Sacramento County, California.

  2. My father's business partner's son in law flew SR-71s. He flew them in the 60s and 70s I believe.

    1. Odie, Cool. There weren't many Sled drivers as they called the plane. Certainly double digits only. Some of the pilots have youtubes out where they've given talks about their experiences with the plane. One of the former pilots said a lot of pilots washed out while still doing the simulator. Apparently not an easy plane to fly.
