  1. Love the guitar-took 3 semesters of training recently--classical-but- can be adapted to electric...it was work but I enjoyed the work--

as to the post below-thank you for the intro to Fredd's site-

this is what I left there:
We do not have to go to the EU to see the failure of the socialist welfare system-
the once beautiful and prosperous city of Detroit is now a dump after 60+ years of the slow slide to socialism- an 'in house ' example of to us in the US...
Hope we have not awakened toooo late!

  2. Carol-CS. I love guitar. Just don't have time to practice. I hope to make a youtube vid someday. After lots of practice of course. Probably be a while.

Fredd has some good stuff there. Very Smart guy.

Here's how I think of socialism. Socialism is nationwide section 8 housing. Imagine That !

Great example in your comment as well. Yeah, is it too late? There sure are a lot of dependent people...

  3. Zappa seems to know pretty well what to do with that thing.

  4. I guess you can be eccentric when you have mad guitar skills.

  5. Opus, I'll try to find some more for future posts. Lot of good stuff, though sparse on youtube.

His tunes are all commentary on the human condition, though he was always presented as a whacko on the radio. The first time I heard him was on a Pittsburgh station and it was an hour long show late at night called 'Dr Dimento'.

  6. Admiral. His last album -Joe's Garage - is a sort of auto-biography highlight reel and is a good one as are many others.
