Tesla Update

If anyone was interested in Tesla when I mentioned it a while back, here's an update.

Extend the up sloping from left to right white line as time goes on.  (If you need access to a chart, might be a source)

When Tesla drops below the white line, sell or take your chances.  There was that dip in mid July that recovered the next day but those are somewhat rare.  The dip you see today was caused by a report of a Tesla S which was involved in a pretty good accident and the battery compartment (front) caught fire, but the stock price recovered when Tesla stated that the collision caused a fire after the person was out of the vehicle and because of their design of the battery compartment, the fire never reached the passenger cabin and was put out by the fire department.

The fact that the intra-day sell-off stopped exactly on that line shows how many people observe trend lines.

    1. Carol-CS, I would have sold today as an fyi. You can always buy back, :) The biggest mistake investors and traders make is they put more weight on 'being right' versus making money.

      Good luck,

  2. I know what you're thinking. "Did he fire six shots or only five?" Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement I kind of lost track myself. But being as this is a speculative stock possibly near its peak, and would blow your capital clean away , you've got to ask yourself one question: "Do I feel lucky?" Well, do ya, punk?
