Went to your site again, and noticed my security software blocked an IP address as a result of that. The IP address was 91.196.216.99. Looking that up, it is a Russian originated address. fyi
Update: here are the two messages I get when I go to Woman's site, and then the connection is terminated.
If other people using windows can go there and not be notified, or not have a trojan downloaded, then I find that pretty bizarre. The world of computers is not a simple one though. I work in it, so I am the last one to try and make an end all be all statement about much of anything computer related.
Carol-CS, I hope the info does her some good. Not much I can do flying blind(not able to examine the stuff on her pages)
ReplyDeleteI wonder is anyone else using Windows can get there Ok, or with MAC for that matter.
Christopher. Interesting on your Windows 7/IE and No problem.
ReplyDeleteWell, I'll repeat it. My addy is "http://ammajerkoff.blogspot.com/"
Long story on the name.
Can you tell me what on my site makes you think my blog is under attack?
Much appreciated.
Christopher, I updated this post and added saved images of the notifications I get from my anti-virus software.
ReplyDeleteIf other people can go there without a problem, great. I can't and I don't think it has anything to do with my blog - since I can certainly go to Woman's site from a bookmark without anything on my system even being aware that I have a blog. ??
Make sense?
I hope everything is OK with everybody's blogs. I expect more blog attacks with an election coming up.
ReplyDeleteBatten down the hatches, conservatives!
Kid, It was the addy that made me think that and again, my bad!, if it is your original as it just did not fit you is all, but that is was prompted me to say that.
ReplyDeleteI will go to Angels site now and get back with you momentarily,,,,
Geez, saw it now,,,ESET NOD is a good security system but you may need to change the settings as it is basically made for a business enviroment?
ReplyDeleteOpus, I definitely think they will try to 'cloud the issue' as we say in fairer company ;-)
ReplyDeleteBring it on ya vampire pricks.
Christopher, Thank you. My blog got off to a bad start name-wise, then it was too late to change.
ReplyDeleteThat was my thought regards different security packages or setting. We have Eset at work, but I definitely have the home PC version. And just the anti-virus and not the internet security. I use Windows Firewall for that piece, and when I got attacked, I had my security settings too loose.
I'm thinking in your case, possibly your security quarantines the software and just doesn't bother you with it. That's all I can think of.
