The Supreme Court

Is there to decide squabbles based upon THE CONSTITUTION.  Not the perceived will of transgender, pot smoking, opoid taking, animal abusing, moron bastirds that somehow believe supporting islamic savages is being in favor of women's rights and that mutilating young children's sex organs before they even know that bees don't screw birds is somehow Enlightened.

John Roberts sides with the unconstitutional leftist pukes and rules against the President's Immigration stance on Asylum, which the President has 100% control over according to afore mentioned document - and which also clearly states people must claim asylum in the first country they enter into, or they have No Claim in the US.

Now we need to replace the cancer immune Ruth Buzzard to get to a semi-confident 5-4 Constitutional Court.  She actually survived Pancreatic cancer years ago.  No one does that.

But, Imagine if clinton had won.  (I don't do the H word, we all know who I am talking about.)

Well at least GWB was able to get one decent judge on there - one Samuel Alito.

Isn't the news so uplifting these days? :-)

  1. Oh, well..I'm still leaving my tomorrow's post up because I have an angle on the utterly HORRID decision today, helped by JOHN ROBERTS. And there wasn't a TAX in sight!
Yes, who knew we'd have to start hoping that ROBERTS would resign?
What kind of country allows ANYBODY to just COME IN for asylum! What country lasts which does that?

NONE. and you're right; GIVE US ANOTHER SAMUEL ALITO!!! Except, in the hearings, they'd dig up some little girl he stole a kiss from when he was 3 and then HE'S OUT.

    1. As stated many times Z, it is War. It is War. How many know that. When will the republicans figure that out. I think there is an Amy Barret(?) who is purported to be on the short list and Constitutional. What will the left's demons bring up to try to defeat her nomination if and when?

Well, one thing, Trump's removal of the obammycare's mandate that Requires people to have healthcare also removes Robert's "tax" argument. He must be so upset to learn that obammycare is unconstitutional and will be sent to the trash bin. But what will the idiots repubs try to replace it with? It should be nothing because government's hands in HC will definitely lead to single payer and the destruction of HC in America.

  2. Ruth had tumors removed from her lung today and I had to keep telling myself not to wish cancer on anybody.

    1. Ed, I don't wish cancer on anyone. I'd like to see some of the bad people taken though opposed to the good ones. The bad ones seem to be indestructible. What's up widdat?

Or so it has been said.

RBG will probably continue to be a thorn in the side of Common Sense Conservatism for at least another ten years.

    1. Franco, Roberts is no constitutionalist.

    2. In other words you agree Roberts is an ASSHOLE.

When it comes to leftists I don't like to mince words. CLOSET leftists like Roberts are the worst.

    3. Franco, I agree that a democrat who openly displays their evil is better than who pretends to be otherwise but is. Jeff Flake and McCain as prime examples.

  4. I honestly do not see much of a choice in the elections of 1999 and 2003; we had the choice between Bush and Gore, and Bush and Kerry. Not much of a choice, if you ask me. The alarm bell should have been when Bush was clamoring for the leftist vote by telling everyone he was a compassionate conservative. Does this mean that he thinks there are dispassionate conservatives? So Bush was elected (twice) and he gave us Roberts, who appears to be on the soft side of conservatism. I agree, he's no constitutionalist. Our politicians are such shit (pardon my French).

    1. Sam,
For too many election cycles we're not had much of a choice.

Bad days for our republic are getting worse by the day -- especially at the judiciary level.

    3. Bush was wrong when he chose to not fight back against the left. WRONG. In this media saturated world, that was his fatal flaw... and ours.

    4. Sam, "Does this mean that he thinks there are dispassionate conservatives?" Very good point.

Our politicians are generally shit. Many are criminals, sex abusers of their staff, on the take, and I think all of them consider themselves elite, meaning better and above the rest of us. Maybe a handful are there to serve Americans.

    5. Sam, PS, I voted not for Bush in 2000 or 2004, but Against Gore, then Kerry. Man what a disaster those would have been. As it was Bush did not accomplish anything for America.

    6. Cube, you're right about GWB not fighting back. Seems to be a core ingredient for Republicans. IN this age of intense indoctrination, the people on the right must speak out loud and often against the left's constant hammering of everything good and common sense filled. Too many people are friggin Stupid.

    7. BOTH the Bushes were the PITS as presidents.

I did not realize till much too late that the Bushes are in fact GLOBALISTS. That means they've been dedicated to the destruction of American sovereignty and Amerian hegemony ("Pax Americana") all their political lives.

I grew to despise the presidency of George .W. Bush, and so I made the mistake –– as did every thinking person I knew at the time –– of voting for H. Ross PEROT.

THAT got us Blow Jobs in the Oral Office and all the crapola that went with it including The Rise of HRC..

Truth is, since President Reagan, we've had nothing but POOR CHOICES, –––––––––––– until DONALD TRUMP emerged as our most-unlikely-appearing SAVIOR.

And sure enough, just as we did over two-thousand years ago, the Establishment is going flat out to CRUCIFY MR. TRUMP for DARING to CHALLENGE the ESTABLISHMENT'S AUTHORITY.

Establishments invariably become CORRUPT, GREDDY and SELF-SERvING. They are, therefore, the Natural Enemy of Saviors.

Undoubtedly that is why Thomas Jefferson so wisely said:

"The TREE of LIBERTY must be refreshed every so often with the BLOOD of PATRIOTS and TYRANTS. It is its natural manure."

    8. Franco, Agree wholeheartedly. I wasn't paying much attention to politics in those days since I was surrounded by women and my difficult work to obtain more satisfying and gainful employment.

The one thing I remember about GHW Bush was that "NEW WORLD ORDER" thing in his inauguration speech. I remember thinking "WTF was That?"

I saw the guy as an arrogant elitist right from the start. Then GWB comes along and I'm starting to think in terms of banana country with the family affair in politics, and I swear if the last election would have been the clinton beast versus Jeb Bush, I would have puked on my ballot and kissed politics Goodbye for the rest of my life.

Yes, Thank GOD for the Trump Family.

    1. Geeez Bunk, yea it's like weekend at Bernies. Maybe she'll vote from the operating table next. I don't wish anything on people, but damn it seems like good ones are taken form us left and right and the evil shits of the left live forever.

Well, I console myself knowing clinton would have likely put obama or holder or God knows what kind of leftist evil garbage on the court. The 2nd would be voted down by now for sure.
