Heroin Overdoses

As mentioned I end up captive to local news at dinnertime
A repeated theme is how so many kids are dying from heroin overdoses, and it's probably the same in your area.

Let's look at our options here and we'll do both sides.

1. Evolution
This is evolution.  Survival of the fittest so that future generations are made up of the most hardy genes.  Why do libtards who worship evolution insist on standing in its way??
Let them die.  They bought street heroin from an unknown source when the stories of overdose are so plentiful you can choke a horse with them. Let. Them. Die.  Rejoice in their death knowing they won't be procreating any more.

2. Bleeding Heart Case
Want to help them instead ? Do what Amsterdam does.  They drive around every day in vans that look like blood donation vehicles with clean needles and certified 'safe' heroin and they shoot up all of the addicts for free. Boom. Done.  Much cheaper and safer, and has the added benefit of putting all the street heroin vendors Right the Hell Out of Business.  (The case I repeatedly make for making all drugs legal. Cost a lot less, Eliminate all the associated dealer crime. Drug users are going to use drugs either way.)

So, on the local news, all you get is this hand wringing bullshit.  The authorities whine about the cost of trying to nab the dealers and the cost of doing autopsies and some other things.  Well, that's easy too.
  • If no foul play was suspected don't do an autopsy
  • If family wants an autopsy let them pay for it
  • If no family, then no autopsy.
If the VA can treat VET's lke trash then why can't we treat trash like trash.

Then they add "We really don't have an answer"

Well you stupid bastards, I just gave you all the answers you need.

  1. Have you heard how high heroin overdoses have gone since Obama took over? I heard just today on Medved's show that drug abuse is WAY UP (and that's only among libs, let alone the conservatives who've had to medicate themselves for this jerk's presidency!! smile!)...but, seriously, I think they're more than 25% UP since Obama...and, what the heck, he's let about 250 drug offenders serving life go FREE...versus Bush's 3, I think it was...so the bad guys know they can get off, I guess? I just tried to Google but can't find the stats Medved had.

"treat trash like trash?" Why didn't all of US think of that?!!

  2. Z, I'm going to have to think about cause and effect regards drugs and obama. I do lean toward some sort of softness in the executive action across the spectrum with drug dealers and cross border activity emboldening them. It's going to be an interesting subject to think about and look into. And maybe you already have that answer. It's a good bet.

    1. I should have been clearer and agree that it can't all be put on Obama, but I do believe people have lost hope and they don't have the respect for Washington as they once did. I think Obama's kind of weakened that respect and that even the worst type of person could need be more morose, more sad, there are many more jobs lost, minorities have seen no improvement at all in their plight...I think a lot of those things can create a dependency on wanting to escape, you know what I mean?
I don't have any answers, that is for sure..
And I DO also agree that many drug offenses shouldn't be treated quite as severely as they are but knowing people can get out because our leader doesn't think it's any big deal to sell drugs to others is a bad thing....
We need better anti-drug programs IN prisons....and those guys need to get out and get jobs. And stay clean...but.......

    2. I do know what you mean. I will verbalize it like this.....

Well, the divisiveness has been increased by a factor of 10 over the last 7 years all because of obama, holder and the rest of the obama administration. (men, women, white black, rich, poor, liberal, conservative, every conceivable opposition group have been brought to the boiling point.) No question there. Yes, there is a lot of lost hope there too. So many good intelligent blogs went Kapoof when obama got elected the 2nd time. They're probably right also that the country died at that point. I'm just not a quitter. I may become one after November.

    5. Kid,
if they elect the beast, I'm done.

I don't know if I'll quit blogging, but if I choose to continue, I would likely have to take my blog in a different direction -- a direction other than politics.

Besides, if HillaryBeast is elected, freedom of expression from conservatives will be stomped out. Thought crime prosecution will become the norm.

    6. AOW, I won't quit blogging, I'm just done with politics. I just made a commment in a new post about Conservatives and why government is upon us. It is because they know we are the ones paying attention.

  3. I like Jack Nicholson's line in Easy Rider. "This used to be a helluva good country. I can't understand what's gone wrong with it."

    1. Adrienne, It is an issue with sides. Spoiter alert: I favor the free drugs.

  5. Free country, Kid. If you want to die from drugs, who am I to stop you? Just like sky diving, if you are inclined to jump out of airplanes from 5,000 feet and then your chute doesn't open, you obviously want to die.

Free country, Kid. But not for much longer, I suspect.

    1. Fredd, There it is. If we're trying to save people from drugs, why not from all potentially lethal activities ? Including driving a fricken car. It's NONSENSE !
No, it's not been a free country for a few decades now.

  6. I favor nothing free from an all encompassing federal leviathon. send power back to the states. I never liked the ""let them die so they won't procreate", whether an argument for drugs or abortions or whatever. doesnt work that way. other than that, I would laugh my ### off watching you drive that van around town on two wheels :)

    1. DeBlade, we would spend 1000 times less giving the addicts free drugs that funding the 'war on drugs'. Personally, I think the CIA is behind bringing the hard stuff in and the cops are the little worker bees catching and confiscating the wealth of the dealers.

The reason legal weed is being put on ballots is because it is costing the cops/justice system more to deal with it than they get back (from confiscating homes, cash, weapons, boats, sports cars, etc)

Btw - Some dipstick put a sign on the side of my van the other day that said Free Puppies and Candy. I didn't notice it and boy did I have an explaining job to do to the transgender cop that pulled me over about it. If I hadn't complimented his wig and falsies, he might have hauled me into jail !

  7. Heroin epidemic here in the D.C. area, too.

And I'm not speaking of this epidemic's being only in the bad sections of town.

Some of the richest kids here in the suburbs are on heroin.

  8. When a country loses its moorings and its moral compass, as surely we have done, chaos reigns supreme, and a terrible anxiety –– a sense of dread born of lack of purpose and meaningful occupation –– takes over and impels idle, valueless people with no conscience or sense of social responsibility to self-destruct.

I think it's as simple as that.

    1. FT, Yes, according to Comrade Brezmanov, job 1 is to completely demoralize the people in the country of your target enemy. We can see everything that the democrats have done since LBJ has been to that aim.

  9. I think we're all falling into a depressing mire and need to snap OUT OF IT somehow...
Maybe we need to get only good news on our blogs ...stories of happy, good things?
I tried that for a week but couldn't find much. Seriously :-(
I see so much sadness and giving in on the blogs...giving into giving up. Can't happen.
