So, Instead of Deleting it, why not Replace it with an Authorized Publisher?

What's next - Atlas Shrugged not available for E-Reader ?

Hint to story: Amazon removed Orwell's 1984 and Animal House from everyone's Kindle. 1984 was available at an authorized publisher, but Animal House supposedly wasn't.
