Anybody who doesn't love this guy, has got to be a fucking MORON.
He's a near-perfect model of clear thinking, good sense, good will, keen perception, high intelligence and a rare degree of objectivity, God bless him!
I guess you know I've devoted a large part of my ife to learning and doing my best to promote the use of good standard English, correct grammar, ever-incresing vocabulary, refined syntax, and saying what we mean with pinpoint accuracy, right?
Well, this guy, Kevin, violates most of the standards of English usage I've fought all my life to acquire, maintain and exemplify, but he's done something far more important than any of that. He has PROVEN that mastering establishled academic standards does NOT necessarily give anyone wisdom, sharp perception of reality, greater depth of understanding, or any caim to moral superiority.
This is a person from whom the entire nation could –– and SHOULD –– learn.
Unfortunately, the nost difficult thing in this world is to persuade others to LISTEN to anything worthwhile, so devoted have we become to cheap sensationalism, inappropriate displays of fake emotion, avid interest in minding OTHER peoples' business –– anything that keeps us from looking at ourselves –– and each other –– with any degree of real interest, depth or objectivity.
KEVIN gives me great hope that everyone has not fallen prey to the machinations of Cultural Marxism [If you don't know what that means, just try calling it DUCKYISM, and you'll get it rught away ;-]
Meanwhile, I will pray that one day Kevun may yet learn to express himself in a more refined, grammatically correct fashion. I don't believe that would mar the impact of his excellent message one iota. It might in fact greatly improve his chances of being taken seriously by a broader spectrum of humanity. I hasten to add, however, that improving Kevin's grammar AIN'T all that important in the great scheme of things. Understanding the SIGNIFIFICANCE of what he's saying IS much tmore to the point.
FT< Then again, he's talking to 'the people'. :) I get you though. Doesn't it seem like the 'news' is way too chock full of "you won't believe what this person said" or "guess who is offended today". I don't watch and I'm not missing a damn thing.
I was obviously pretty excited when I ran across it last night. ;)
I subscribed to his channel. Let's see what else he comes up with.
FT...withall due respect my articulate, educated man...what thefuckiswrongwithyou? Wasn't 8 years of correct grammar, super slick sibilant hisssss's on all the 'ssss's. Usually 100% grammatically correct and like the old VP, Unka Joe Biden said..."he's not sounding Negro at all..!" Yet he was 200% LYING HARVARD BULLSHIT ARTIST. That must have been the white half I guess. Now...excuse my while I go off and listen to this guy, who's in the 10% CLUB and as believable as James Brown on a hot fudge stage in Harlem.
Oh my gosh! Kevin reminds me so much of the man I hired to help me clean out my dad's apartment after moving him to a retirement community. I wish he hadn't started out by saying, "Trump's the man" and here's why.
My helper was articulate, handsome, very well off, and was appalled at the fact that my commie brother had left me with a gigantic mess to deal with alone. He owned his own large truck (as well as lots of rental property), and since he was booked solid, he would come over at 5pm with his helper and work until midnight or one in the morning. Bless him.
Which brings me to my point: My commie brother is a shuck and jive type which I'm sure is why he loved Odumbo. After about three days my commie brother drops by and when he sees that my helper is black, after being introduced he says (in his best shuck and jive), "Hey Ted, you da man!" I will never forget while sitting on the couch, Ted glancing quickly over to me and his eyes said it all. What they said was, "You weren't kidding about him being a dumbass."
So who's the real racist here? It never occurred to me to mention to anyone that Ted was black. He was simply a lovely and very smart man who felt compassion and wanted to help me. But my brother's reaction upon meeting him was to shuck and jive talk Ted because he thought that made him cool - or something.
When, after a week of hard work, the job was done, Ted and I enjoyed a wonderful night out having dinner after stopping by his lovely home so I could see his vast collection of vintage toys. I kid you not!
Anyhoo - I hope FreeThinke will excuse my bad grammar, lousy syntax, misplaced and random commas, and anything else that is wrong. I don't have time to clean it up...
Adrienne, I give you my Presidential Pardon for anything you have done or will do. No worries. Yea, I talk to everyone the same, with respect and without any verbal acrobatics. I'd bet the black folks hate it when someone tries to 'speak heir language'. They don't even speak their language most of the time. Knew a guy who said when black folks don't think anyone is around they speak very normal. Not true of all but still. (Friend and I were once hitch hiking in Detroit circa 1972 and a couple black dudes in a convertible Eldorado picked us up. They were talking Jive and I have no idea what either of them said for the 20 minute ride.
I'm glad Ted was there to help. I know a lot of great black folks. If only the media would stop telling them they are constantly being persecuted, maybe we could make some progress.
"the practical logical things he presents in his policies ..." ----------- Kevin was short on specifics.
This is where it usually goes south. "He's going to drain the swamp". Haven't seen much of that.
Kevin mentions North Korea and Syria. The strategy in Syria was in place and working and I suppose we should give Trump credit for not mucking with it. North Korea? If you listen carefully to what's being said in South Korea and Japan they are scared, of us.
I've yet to see anything that builds on the MAGA promise to come out of this administration.
The Japs have just bombed Pearl: Reaction from today's Democrats is clear and to the point. They were pushed into it by President Trump. He should have known that by moving the Pacific fleet from San Francisco to Pearl Harbor and embargoing vital raw materials essential to the economic growth of Japan would result in negative actions from the Japanese Empire.
K E has it right. All evil acts coming our way are Donald's fault, and anything good just happened despite Trump's bungling efforts to be President.
Get ready to hear this for the next 7 years. And it will be 7. The Democrats will assure this---hell they just can't help themselves!
You have to think about this one for a minute! Heck, excuse me I fell into a bottle of Russia Whiskey aka Vodka this evening.
Enjoy it while we still have it. The Left is scheming right now to abolish all mention of Christopher Columbus as anything but a vicious, greedy racist who invaded land rghtfully belonging to noble savages, and all-but wiped them out by introducing deadly diseases into their earthly paradise.
The Left will do this as surely as God made little green apples, and they'll suppress any and all fond memories we've ever had of our past just as soon as they can get away with it.
The Founding Fathers wiil be next to go on the chopping block.
Mt Vernon and Monticello may be preserved, but they will be relegated to the same status that Auschwitz and Treblinka enjoy in post-war Germany today.
Michelle Obama called Harvey Weinstein "a wonderful human being." She even arranged for her own daughter to work for Harvey Weinstein as an intern. I hope she didn't wear a Blue dress
I thought KE was on point about Trump, but I found that the music needed to be toned down a bit. I had a hard time listening to the dialog. I hope people listened despite the distracting music.
Great find, Kid!

Great story, Adrienne! I've had similar experiences, myself.
DeleteBy the way I meant no criticism of you either stated or implied. Why you would think that I can't imagine.

Trump has already accomplished more for America than obama and Bush and Clinton combined. I'm not gonna do an essay on it for ya tho.

No sane person could disagree, Ron.
DeleteRon, Very likely. Democrats only like to spend money on themselves. I don't see how Trump does Not get elected in 2020.

ReplyDeleteCube, there is no music in this vid. Something else must have been playing on your computer simultaneously and also at the same time.
