They didn't import slaves who spawned black welfare communities. They don't and cannot understand the situations these neighborhoods create. The black people they know came to their country because they were motivated opportunity seeking individuals, speaking the King's English and all the rest who first of all wanted to integrate into their target countries culture.
If we subtract the gun violence in all of the black welfare communities, (LA, Chicago, Detroit, Pittburgh, Cincinnati, Cleveland, etc etc.) we would probably be in the top 5 of non-violent gun crime countries in the world.
We should have learned a good lesson in the aftermath of Katrina? All these cities have the same potential when faced with a disaster...total lawlessness and anarchy. Not that they're not already experiencing other forms of anarchy right now.
ReplyDeleteIMP, Bill Whittle had an excellent piece at the time called Tribes on his old blog. In a nutshell, it details how the neighborhoods went into anarchy and lawlesness (Their tribe), and how his tribe, civilized middle class people would have went out of their way helping others.
DeleteIf anyone is interested, here is Bill Whittle's Tribes that I found in the archives. Long read but a great one. If you plug Bill Whittle Tribes int the search box there are a goodly number of references. Once might consider it required reading. Still very relevant. Maybe moreso now.
Tribes is a classic.
DeleteTribes is a classic.
DeleteTribes is a classic.
DeleteED, I triple guarantee it.
DeleteI hate repeating myself.
DeleteRace doesn't explain it all: http://www.citylab.com/crime/2012/12/geography-us-gun-violence/4171/
ReplyDeleteConvergentsum, Outside of Las Vegas which is unexpected, the rest of the cities in the top list seem to me to fit the profile.
DeletePS, A good current events reference would be to watch the TV reality show First 48, where you will see an endless stream of young black men killing mostly other black men. Drug and crime, zero opportunity, non education environments, idle hands and such.
DeleteThank you for that link though.
Convergentsum, fyi, Check this around the 4 minute mark.
DeleteAccording to the statistics at City Lab, nearly 790,000 Americans over the age of 85 died in 2011, which was an increase in the number of Americans over the age of 85 that died in 2010 by 30,000 people. What this should tell us is that almost nothing presented in the City Lab report is worthwhile or credible. But suppose guns were responsible for 30,000 deaths in a single year ... in a population of 300,000,000 ... how significant is 0.0001%? And then we have to ask, how many of those people needed killing?
ReplyDeleteMustang, Yes, there is always more to the story. And I hesitate to discredit a reference simply based on the source, but Citylab is associated with "The Atlantic" which is about a rabid libtard as Salon.
DeleteRegardless, I now regret not writing "If we subtract the gun violence in all of the black (and white) welfare communities...." yes. it is not an all black situation, but IT IS a Mostly black situation.
And in full disclosure, I don't hate these people I feel sorry for them and the fact that LBJ and the DEMOCRATS cast their fate with GLEE some 50+ years ago.
It’s like a friend said recenntly when I told her about the Times Square nudies…. “In Europe, they sunbathe nude at the beaches, I don’t know why it shocks people here if there’s nudity…”
ReplyDeleteI said “You know, it’s a totally different culture…we’ve never been open about those things and so it’s shocking…..they’re not better than we are and we’re not better than they are, it’s just different..”
Same with guns…People in Europe don’t understand. Period.
Z, Great point. Great addition to this subject. Yes, Europe is mostly disarmed. Therefore they cannot understand. And - I've had a few conversations with British people, women especially who would LOVE to be able to have a shotgun in their home for self defense.
ReplyDeleteSome people get it.
Ironically, for all their "peaceful" desires and diversity..and no guns....out of the top 10 countries GB is numero uno in violence.
DeleteIMP, yea, a disarmed society requires the vast majority to be willing participants in non-violence. That's not so in Europe anymore with the moslem invasion and economic strife. Honestly folks, with all the vermin you iknow are running around in the USA do you really want to disarm? Wow.
DeleteKid,
ReplyDeleteWatch out! Somebody is going to target you for sensitivity training because of that last paragraph in your blog post. The truth doesn't matter in this Orwellian world.
I'm glad that I'm as old as I am. This crap is becoming unbearable!
AOW, Thanks for the warning. Unbearable? yes, Ignorable? YES!
DeleteWe don't control the world, never have, Focus within unless someone sticks a gun in your face, we can make a good life for ourselves. Screw the idiots. They're making their beds.
He can join me.
DeleteEd, I wish I could. I'd try to educate them on how I don't have to like anyone and I don't owe anyone Jack. Could be fun.

DeleteSWISH! –– SWISH! –– SWISH! –– SWISH!
ReplyDeleteThe Pendulum is descending at an agonizingly slow pace to cut to ribands the body of the American Public bound, gagged writhing on the floor of the dungeon. Surrounded by an army of hungry, nibbling rats, the American Public is able only to writhe helplessly on the damp stone floor squirming in terror, praying for the mercy of Death at last to end their suffering.
The clanking red hot iron walls are drawing closer and closer as the Scythe-like blade of the Pendulum swings closer and closer forcing the writhing forms tortured by gnawing rats to plunge into the PIT –– the ABYSS –– the yawning INFERNO where Hope dies and eternal damnation awaits the Victims.
SWISH! –– SWISH! –– SWISH! –– SWISH! ––SWISH! –– SWISH! –– SWISH! –– SWISH!
Ask not towards whom the PENDULUM swings, it swings toward THEE.
FT, Exactly.
DeleteI have seen those stats ... gotta see if I can find them again.
ReplyDeleteSig, I read a couple days ago that homicidal violence has been escalating the last few years in places like Philly, Baltimore, St Louis, Detroit and all the other usual suspects and They Can't for the Life Of Them, Figure Out What Be Happening. Lol..
