Here is the Vid Excerpt: "Was I scared? Was I mad? Hell, no," Jones said. "It was simple. That
man was going to take my life. He was hunting me. I was protecting
myself." Here is the Story
Did you notice the article from that liberal fish wrap newspaper prominently labled this Veteran a "vigilante" and all but ridiculed the "castle" law on Kentucky's books. The reason that the police haven't cleared him yet of the potential to be arrested is because, I believe, he said he had no fear (or anger) and he layed in wait for them to come up stairs and meant to kill them.
He was adamant about it. I'm afraid that since he said he wasn't afraid (of bodily harm) that the authorities will charge him with something. But, in the end politics will clear him, thank god. More and more we are hearing about intruders being shot dead and rightly so. This should send a clear message to the lowlifes who invade our homes and sanctuaries need to fear for their lives as well.
On a lighter note, we always complain that the elderly shouldn't be allowed to drive at this guys age, but thank god he can operate a firearm.
My thanks to him for the service to his country (both in the military and in depleting the surplus criminal population).....
He apparently got his bravery from his years of service. This is what makes our military special. And note to thugs-Break into another's man's property and know there is a possibility you may not come out.
Lisa, Yes, trained by the military and very clear headed. The man was coming to do him harm, he "wasn't angry or scared", he simply saw the situation for what it was. Nothing more than being charged by some wild animal. No offense to wild animals. And that's how I look at it too.
I'd have trouble killing the wild animal. All they were doing would have been trying to get food or falsely believing their life was in danger. It would bother me to kill the animal and not the person who is only going to come after me for kicks or profit. Not a bit.
Average American - Agreed. Back when things kinda made sense, there was no question when a person defended their life by any means necessary. Killers were considered to be lower than animals. libtards want to elevate them to 'victim status' and have been doing so.
Jones had every right to defend himself.
ReplyDeleteOpus, Absolutely, And still takin out the trash after all this time.

Rosey, excellent points. Everything I've heard on the radio says this guy is not going to be charged. We'll see.

I feel the same way kid. I have a hard time killing a spider. I try to catch them and put them outside.
DeleteLisa, Me Too !
DeleteI'd rather kill a scum like that than an animal!
ReplyDeleteThis guy is a Hero! The greatest generation, indeed.

He should get another medal for saving the court costs.
