Possibly America's Biggest Problem Today

People who cannot cope.   Here is an example of people not being able to cope.  Like Tank Girl (within the article) tweeting that she/he? is afraid.  Not a poor guess that he/she may be transgender.

I'm thinking that when people 'can't cope' with such insignificance, then they look to 'the government' to create their safe space for them and handle what they should be able to handle themselves as easily as hitting the snooze button.

Just as a kicker, here is an entire family that identifies as transgender.

Did these people exist before and we just never heard about them?  I want to return to that time.

I'm hoping most of you are having a very enjoyable Christmas and Hanukkah.

  1. Mental illness is ruling the world now. A hallmark of adulthood (which should be anything over the age of 18) is being able to cope. When you have several (if not more) generations being raised by uneducated child care providers it's to be expected that the children can't cope.

I can think back to being raised by an educated hands-on mother who taught us how to cope - among the many other things she taught us. It "took" with me, but not so much my commie brother.

    1. Sorry to know you have that brother Adrienne. My two brothers and sister have passed on years ago, and thinking back, I cannot remember a single solitary political word between any of us. Those were the days.

I was also raised by people who knew what real problems were. Depression, WWI and WWII, etc. I think there are so very few capable parents these days and maybe back a couple of generations. We true Americans still look into the abyss, but we will cope.

  2. There is no problem, other than the desire to make it so.

    Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah

    1. RN, The only problem I see is anything that supports bigger government. I don't care what the individuals do as long as I don't have to pay for it.

    2. Following comment by Mustang:

It was to follow yours and that of Rational Nation … what I said was: I certainly agree that our citizens have a right to privacy; what they do in the privacy of their own homes is their business, not mine. That said, we should acknowledge that there is a difference between allowing persons to pursue their own passions, on the one hand, and on the other, endorsing a completely abnormal, abhorrent, and in some cases, despicable behavior. There is a problem —and I would offer, a very serious social issue, when parents conspire with eight-year old children to reinforce a completely misguided notion that Bobby is actually Bobbie. I would argue that given its psychological impact, this sort of behavior equates to child abuse, and perhaps even, the vilest kind ... and how this might be regarded as “no big deal” is nothing less than astounding.

    Sheesh.

Glad that I don't have to deal with people like those. They're wacko.

    1. And that family shouldn't be allowed to reproduce and thereby pass on the insanity gene.

    2. AOW, I'm not sure there's a true genetic cause for a predilection towards transgenderism yet, but I'm sure scientists will find it if it's there. Nature vs. nurture is an ongoing battle and time will resolve it, I hope.

I may be wrong, but I think this family might be looking for a reality show. There's no end to what some people will do for the camera.

this family might be looking for a reality show

Could be. That's pathetic, of course.

    4. AOW, Cube, If you do an image search on body modification for example, the images suggest there are some number of people out there with minds that are simply empty just waiting for some suggestion of what to do with their lives/bodies and they simply don't have to ability to think it through.

Which is why trannies are 19% more likely to commit suicide.

I did the search. Eye bleach!!!

  4. One might argue that the moon is made of green cheese, but no matter how hard one makes this argument, science tells us that it simply isn’t so ... and so it is with the question of nature vs. nurture in the gender debate. First suggested by John Money in his John vs. Joan study in the 1960s, he would have us believe that gender identity of a child is determined by upbringing, surrounding environment, and the way the child was treated during adolescence. It is pure poppycock. Research at Johns Hopkins Children’s center dispelled the Money study, finding that gender identity is based on nature and predetermined before the birth of a child. Gender is decided by the amount of exposure to male hormones and androgens in utero. That said, a child whose parents convince (or enable him) or her to believe that he or she is a member of the opposite sex is a product of “learned behavior.” It may be true that a child could suffer a birth defect that restricts or impedes hormonal development, but such circumstances are likely correctable. It is also true that a child may incur certain psychological issues that lead them to want to be the opposite sex, but as with birth defects, this too is something that merits medical/psychiatric evaluation. We do nothing to help the “transgender” mentality by playing along with this unnatural charade.

    1. Sam, I agree. I believe there is something screwed up in the homsexual's DNA or brain chemicals, whatever. Never was there a time, regardless of my outside environment or upbringing would I have ever found some guys anus to be sexually attractive. That story is all bullshit.

Nothing definitive has been presented. I've read some stuff about epigenetic marks.. Excerpt from article not worth your time...

On Thursday, UCLA molecular biologist Tuck C. Ngun reported that in studying the genetic material of 47 pairs of identical male twins, he has identified "epigenetic marks" in nine areas of the human genome that are strongly linked to male homosexuality.

There is something screwed up in the genetics of such people. Same as with the people who decide to have a 2 inch round hole cut in their face cheeks and have ceramic rings installed like those that the jungle people put in their earlobes. There is a certain level of retardation or DNA screw ups that cause these people to do what they do. So here you are eating a sandwich and 10% goes down your throat and 90% out the sides of your face. Let's not even get into soups.
