Federal Judge Lynn Adelman Strikes Down Wisconsin's Voter ID Law

U.S. District Judge Lynn Adelman ruled the Wisconsin law places an unfair burden on poor and minority voters. The ruling could encourage opponents in North Carolina and other states to make similar challenges.

So, bring lawsuits against every entity that requires ID, Each and every one.  Buying booze, getting social security and other benefits from state or fed.  The whole shootin match.

No ID Required...  We don' need no Steenken badges.  Give us wha-ever we wan'.

  1. This judge went to Princeton and Columbia, and was a Democrat in the Wisconsin state senate.

Nominated to the bench for life by William Jefferson Clinton (D), what other ruling would you have expected? He gets his marching orders from the DNC like everybody else, Kid.

And you are right: Democrats in general don't need no stinkin' batches. They are better than us, and know what's good for us, Kid. Don't you get that?

    Me neither.

    1. Fredd, Thanks. Yes. And I'm serious, we need to start using these rulings against them. Libtards are nothing if not hypocritical. Therefore, as mentioned when they strike down a voter ID law, go to court on every genre that requires ID. Get it all overturned.

I don' Need no Steenken ID !! If I don need it for voting, I don need it for nuthin.

    2. The logic does indeed compel a ruling regarding the very concept of ID: if requiring an ID places a burden on poor and minority voters, then the only remedy is to get rid of all ID. We should strive to place a burden on nobody for any reason.

      Am I wrong?

That's exactly what needs to be done.

    Hospitals and banks, too.

    Real estate purchases.

Oh, and proof of residence at public libraries.

Make the idiocy that the Dems are perpetrating unbearably painful for Democrats.

Farce must be combated with farce. It's the only way to go now.

  3. Thankfully we have Voter ID law here in Indy. I few years ago a voter registration card was sent to my house for the pervious occupant who had been dead for several years.

    1. Cnc, Indiana is pretty conservative. We need to shore things up in these dang swing states, where people can't seem to pick a party from one election to the next. I live in one - Ohio, for now anyway.

  4. The Wisconsin's Governor is up for Re-Election--that's all this is about.
They could not throw him out in the last election--they want to make sure they have the upper hand this election.
But, they could not do it last time--maybe they have come up with some more dead voters.

    1. Well see TS/WS. I was surprised he survived the recall election. The unions are strong there. They sure screwed us over in Ohio with Kasich's attempt to throttle the unions here.

  5. It is hard for me to imagine what it is that the Wisconsin legislature was thinking. The North Carolina and Indiana voter ID laws have been upheld. Why did Wisconsin not craft their legislation to mirror those already approved? Now, if the federal judge is attempting to legislate from the bench, then why hasn’t anyone started a campaign to have her impeached? We the people only have power when we the people are determined to use it.

    1. Mustang, that's the crux of the biscuit. As a country we just take it and take it. And now too many people support activism believing it will never turn against them. Surprise.
